  Domestic shipping is done through USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail. Anything over 1 lb is shipped via Priority Mail. To find the exact shipping cost, you must add items to your cart, proceed to check out, and enter your shipping information. You will see the shipping cost before you have to enter payment information. Weight on Items is adjusted if they need to go in larger packages

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  4/16/2024 International order will be shipped DHL Express not DHL eCommerce 

   We can now ship to over 150 countries if your country is outside our marketplace; please send us a request, and we will see what we can do. This program deals with shipping rates, fees, taxes, and customs issues. It also deals with what can be shipped and where. Some products like DTG & AOP hoodies & tees will not be shipped internationally through the website. You can contact us directly for those items. It will be sending all international packages using DHL Express.

NOTICE:

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. DHL Express controls the shipping rate. We do not add an extra shipping fee for international shipping.
• Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, you don't have to pay them upon delivery. 
• DHL Express shipping service with a tracking number is used to ship and deliver products. You will get an email confirmation with a tracking number once your package is shipped. 
• You can use your local currency and a local payment method for your purchase.

MISSING, DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES 

Shipment Insurance: We offer shipping protection insurance, which is reasonably cheap and covers your package from damage, loss, or theft. If a package is damaged, lost or stolen we will refund or replace the items to the best of our ability. This does not cover packages returned due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the reshipment cost. If the package is not reshipped, the shipping cost is not refundable.

No Shipping Insurance: If shipping insurance is declined at checkout, we will not take responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items. We will file a claim with the postal service.

   If an order is returned to us marked undeliverable, we may or may not reship the order if the reason is unclear. If a package is lost or returned due to issues such as incorrect shipping information, you will be held responsible for the cost of reshipping. We may not reship the order if it is lost due to an incorrect shipping address. Some items that come from overseas, "AOP & DTG," are destroyed if delivery fails.
