Returns & Refunds
We accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any item that has a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or if by some means we shipped the wrong item.
We will accept returns and refunds on any item if you decide, after purchasing, that you don't like it for some reason. All items are as described in the listing, which includes product measurement, image size, and color. Product size is provided by the clothing manufacturer and checked by us for accuracy. If items like the AOP printed items run small, this is also noted in the listing. You will be responsible for return shipping on these items. You will be refunded the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping. Please read all product detail and contact us if you have a question.
- You must get return authorization for all returns within 14 days of purchase.
- All items must be returned in new condition within 30 days of purchase.
- All return must be returned to the NAWEARS, 2104 Beaverdam Dr, Hartsville SC 29550.
RETURNS:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
NONRETURNABLE ITEMS: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Clearance or discontinued items are not returnable.
- All Over Print "AOP" clothing is custom-made on demand and is not returnable, and if they are approved for return, you are responsible for shipping costs.
- Gift Cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
MISSING, DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Shipment Insurance: We offer shipping protection insurance, which is reasonably cheap and covers your package from damage, loss, or theft. If a package is damaged, lost or stolen we will refund or replace the items to the best of our ability. This does not cover packages returned due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the reshipment cost. If the package is not reshipped, the shipping cost is not refundable.
No Shipping Insurance: If shipping insurance is declined at checkout, we will not take responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items. We will file a claim with the postal service.
If an order is returned to us marked undeliverable, we may or may not reship the order if the reason is unclear. If a package is lost or returned due to issues such as incorrect shipping information, you will be held responsible for the cost of reshipping. We may not reship the order if it is lost due to an incorrect shipping address. Some items that come from overseas, "AOP & DTG," are destroyed if delivery fails.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@nawears.com .
DISCONTINUED OR CLEARANCE ITEMS:
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Some damaged items will be replaced without return. Pictures of damage are required. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@nawears.com and send your item to: NAWEARS 2104 Beaverdam Dr, Hartsville SC 29550.
GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or a wrong item, then we have you covered.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
